(ATR) The Vancouver 2010 flame travels through Canada to the southwestern tip of Nova Scotia on Day 21 of the torch relay.
Yesterday highlights include the torch advancing through 12 towns in the most populous province in Atlantic Canada. The flame was carried by three Olympians and one 2010 hopeful being Penguins’ center and captain Sidney Crosby who celebrated with the Stanley Cup in August in his hometown of Cole Harbour and nearby historic area of Halifax. Last evening Crosby celebrated with the Olympic torch and passed the flame to Olympic snowboarder Sarah Conrad.
Today, the flame continues its journey through Canada’s second-smallest province. The torch relay will advance through 3 towns with Annapolis Royal being the first welcome.
